Franco's Trattoria - Canonsburg

Love the place BuT their limited hours has really taken away from the dining experience. Only open 4-9. Place looks messy. Stuff all over the bar, just a lesser experience? food still good

My husband took me here this week and this was such an amazing experience. The waitresses and waiter there including the owners were so nice and polite. I recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

Dined here for the first time tonight. Very impressed. Service was quick. Our server was excellent. She was very attentive, sorry I didn't get her name. We will be back.

This used to be an enjoyable restaurant but has gone downhill significantly. Long waits (even long for COVID times), rude management, inattentive staff, and to top it off, we found a bug in our food. They've lost our patronage as well as our friends' and families'. I'd highly recommend avoiding at all costs.

I would like to preface this review by saying the food was very good and our table was a little too needy and there were 6 of us. I mostly have 2 complaints; our dinner service took 2.5 hours and the restaurant was not at full capacity and there was a worm in my daughter 's salad which we immediately called the manager over. The reaction from the manager was not appropriate, he said in disbelief that 's not a worm that 's arugula and the whole table saw it. It wasn 't until I found the worm on the floor and pointed it out that he then explained, well that 's just part of nature. He later replaced the salad with a meatball. Other than the meatball we paid full price for our meal. I will not eat here again and would have reviewed the establishment lower, but my meal tasted very good.
