Contribuisci feedbackI got 12 soft and 12 hard tacos, there was so much grease in the bottom of the bag that you couldn’t tell the difference between the soft and hard tacos. I couldn’t tell if the wrapper was a soft shell or a wrapper there was so much grease. Absolute garbage. When they told me my total was $54 I should have just drove away then.
Tried ordering on the app. The app was not working. They said they called contacted general manager and general manager said he would put a note into the office and would get app fixed they would not honor the price in store. Terrible customer service assistant manager Stephany could care less.Terrible way to treat your customers when they can prove it’s not their fault if I didn’t already promise this to a family that could not afford dinner I would not be picking it up at all
Everything was hot, fresh, and exceptionally good. We dined in.Based on this visit, everything was great, which isn't always the case with this location, especially when using the drive thru.Drive thru often provides slightly warm and what seems to be older product when ordering sandwiches, tenders, and value boxes.I may dine in more often, or at least go in to order food based on this visit.
Store was clean, staff was friendly even after I experienced them getting yelled at over a menu item that is no longer offered. My pizza and tacos were made perfectly and the chicken empanada was so overstuffed with chicken I actually squeezed some out. I was assuming it would be a somewhat hollow chicken flavored empanada after reading people's complaints. It was exactly as pictured.Good job canonsburg taco bell
They for real do not train their employees. Every time I go there they mess my order up after I wait 20 mins. They are lazy as hell. Rude as hell. Crazy that the owner isn’t embarrassed. Drive thru STINKS. Smells disgusting where you go to place an order around back.
