Kfc - Canonsburg

I had just got off work and wanted something hot and good so I decided to stop here to get a chicken sandwich and a Pepsi . Upon pulling upon to order the person taking my order greeted me with Can I help you? Pretty rudely and annoyed as if I had ruinedhis day. I got my total of $9.26 for my K-11 meal which was the Chicken Sandwich with fries and a large Pepsi. As I waited inline to get my order, I noticed a drink get handed to the car at the window but was placed onto the window ledge in which itremained there until the car pulled away. As I pulled up the gentleman in the window was annoyed, saying here as he handed memy drink that was on the ledge 2 vehicles prior He said it 'll be fine, handed me my food. As I was attempting to eat my food, Inoticed it was thrown in the bag with the fries all throughout the bag as they were cold. Upon attempting to eat the sandwich,it too was cold and rubbery with no pickles, mayo and the bun cold and soggy. Poor all around as I 've had better service fromthis establishment before. Never returning here and highly not recommending this place.

Ordered 10 peice bucket of chicken but was horribly greasy. Haven't had their chicken in over 6 months since that. Seems like all fast resturaunts are getting bad since covid. Democrats have done a great job ????

This place doesn't even deserve a one star rating. They lack employees and the service is horrible. We had to go there 3x before we got our order right. You would think the manager would do right by us and toss in a free cake or something but nope all hedid was have them fix the order which they messed up on. The employees instead of goofing off in the back should be payingattention to slip orders. The manager on duty didn't even tell them to stop goffing off. Maybe our order would have been rightthe first time had their employees paid more attention.Never will I go back to this place. It has gone down hill badly.

This is a horrible KFC. The mgr wouldn't even give me her name. Then put Jarrod on the phone thank God but he was not 100 in anyway. I'm sick an just want my family to eat w out me having to do it. The food is OLD WITH NO MEAT! 30$ and nothing butcoleslaw and instant mashed potatoes without gravy(which was ordered) to boot as well as bis. Wow NEVER AGAIN IN CANONSBURG WILLWE GO!! The ONE time I need them of corse they are worse than any! Old ..dry...0...n I mean 0 MEAT!

Food was mediocre at best. Service was lackadaisical and unprofessional, especially in food prep area. Language/ behavior should be addressed by management. Restroom was a total mess. Will be QUITE awhile before I return.
