Nice menu, good beer selection, several TVs and the food is good. The bartenders seem more friendly than I have experienced in recent years. I would have given 5 stars, but although the fish sandwich I had a few weeks ago was good, it was not what I would call “big” as I experienced it in All Star (and Butyas before) over the years. It had only another taste. I don't know if they added some sort of spices to bread, or they fried in oil that was used for something else, or what... but the taste was simply not their old classic fish sandwich.
I went twice last weekend when I first had a fish sandwich and it was HUGE. I could only eat half of it and take the other half to go, but it was good. The next day I had a chicken sandwich wasn't that big, but it was also good. It is very nice and clean, and Darion is an All Star bartender and server and she was sweet and friendly and did her job very well.
I give four stars because my fiance had an annoyed stomach and diarrhea like 6 hours after eating here. Lol Sorry for TMI. He had a burger, so maybe stay away from them? I had the deep-fried pimple nickel, they were good. I also have a salmon salad, with vinegar at dressing. I asked her to remove a few things like onions, cucumbers, etc. and they did without problems. It really came out, and that never happens! The salmon was perfectly boiled, that says much for me to say that I promise. It was beautiful and juicy, it fell apart was just a hint of a fork, it had no bones or spin the parts in it like the last place I ate. My only complaint would be the balsamic dressage was very vinegary. Maybe it was homemade? Either it wasn't good, would have been better if I had Italian dressing, I don't know how it was taste. Or maybe a honey mustard or something. Normally, it can't go wrong with Balsamico, but that wasn't good. So don't eat the hamburgers and don't get the Balsamico Dressing. I also had the French onion soup. It was very good, it had many Italian spices in it that I did not recognize was an ingredient in French onion soup. It's certainly not when I cook it, but I'm Italian and I like a lot of taste so it doesn't disturb me. You know, it has a little different flavor than most French onions soups. But overall it was good. I also had a side of Pommes. Don't hurt me how much I ordered. All in all the bill was $40, so I would say the food is pretty cheap! I had an appetizer salad and soup and he had a burger with frits. Can't beat $40 even if you get diarrhea all night! Bye.
Had Boneless Wings and Coleslaw. The Food was really good and glad Christie recommended the slaw and sauce for dipping. Service from Christie and Savanna was perfect. Those 2 invited me back Friday. I will be there. Great place.
