Excellent food and service! Drinks were on the spot. My wife and I enjoyed our meal!

Last Friday we waited for 45 minutes for a table that was good? but then we waited 30 minutes until the waitress came to our table after sitting. There was never an apology. I saw our waitress every two times our whole meal and had to get up to ask for drinks from another waitress because I couldn't find ours. An apology at every point to say that we were busy would have been nice. But there was no recognition of the 3 hours dinner experience we had. I'm not kidding when I say we were there from 6:00 to 9:00 in the night. The cook was great and the food was delicious, but I wouldn't go back due to poor communication on waiting time and disregard for people time.

Great Hibachi. Place is sometimes busy, so reservations help with waiting. Food tastes great and very good portions. Usually you get the salmon or steak and always turns out to be perfect.

Wonderful service. Went when they opened and enjoyed a delicious meal. Son got the Emperor Deluxe who came with almost everything and it was such a huge part! All our meals were fantastic and the Hibachi cook and server made sure that our son was especially at his great 13. 10/10 recommend.

We had an amazing experience this evening at Nagoya! We had Joe as our Hibachi chef and he was by far the best most interactive and animated chef I 've had in 25 years of eating hibachi. Our chef referred to himself as Saki Joe and he lived up to that name. We had a fantastic time with him. Between the zucchini throwing, saki races, peeing water boy, egg spinning, and onion volcanoes it was an amazing experience. Thank you Saki Joe for a memorable evening! The food was spectacular, well seasoned and the meat was very tender and fresh. You 're able to request extra rice in place of other items which is important to me as I am not a huge vegetable person. Also despite the menu saying or for noodles and rice; both are definitely included. The salad was fresh and the ginger dressing is in house. The clear onion soup was very flavorful the right temp and delicious. I had the chicken meal and my party all together tried almost the entire menu eating a total of the steak, scallops, shrimp, and chicken. All were phenomenal. Their yum yum sauce is made in house and also some of the best I 've ever had. Best hibachi experience I 've had in years. We can 't wait to come back!
