Dunkin' - Canton

I was on the window, saw them take 20 minutes to make my pfefferminz mocha latte wrong. then the rest of the day had to be tortured because they stopped.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to work after another location made my coffee incorrectly. The staff here kindly made me a replacement coffee without any questions or hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was courteous and helpful.

After having been in this dunkin for more than 2 years, I no longer had to protect this place because the management is absolutely terrible.

I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts twice and I have had great service both times. The sandwiches are delicious, as are the donuts and coffee. I particularly recommend trying the coconut sprinkled donut - it is amazing!

The WORST customer service EVER!!! They are always fast which is great but they have all young people who are always so rude and just don’t know how to talk to people. Please teach these kids some manners!!! I go here a lot on the way to work and have never had not one person be nice to me or even so much as crack a small smile.
