Contribuisci feedbackI picked up a sub for my husband, and I have to say that the server, Lee, was exceptionally polite and courteous! Lee even took the time to ask how my day was going. My husband really enjoyed his sub and the oatmeal raisin cookies. Thank you, Lee!
We enjoyed excellent customer service, and the food was fantastic. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and the bread was also very fresh.
When I entered, there was one customer getting a sandwich made. I stood quietly, hoping the woman making the bread would acknowledge me. When she finally did, I placed my order, and she responded in a very curt manner, asking each question about my sandwich with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. Then, when the customer behind me was looking over the menu, she abruptly called out, "Next sandwich... HELLO??" It was a relief to realize that I wasn't the only one receiving such treatment. After that, I needed some change for a $20 bill because the Subway app was set up to use my card. The woman at the cash register couldn't open the register with her code and rudely said, "You can see I'm busy!" I then asked people in line if anyone was paying in cash, and one person was. I waited by the pickup area until he completed his transaction, only to have her snap at me, "We don't give change!" Overall, this was the worst Subway experience I've ever had. UPDATE: I wanted to revise my review and raise my rating. I received a call from the general manager, and we discussed my previous experience. I decided to give this location another chance today. Although there was only one person working, I was greeted immediately. The young lady was cheerful and managed to multitask effectively, baking bread and making several sandwiches at once. She even showed me how to pay in cash using the app while still earning rewards points. My sandwich was made exactly as I requested, and everything went smoothly! Thank you for your quick response in addressing the issue. It's great to see management that cares about their customers!
As a small entrepreneur himself, I know, reviews are important. I have an order online hours in advance just to get an email on my way to pick up that it was canceled. I called the restaurant and was informed that they had a corporate meeting. these things happen, but they should have prevented me from commanding one. I will add that normally service here is good. but this bad performance and customer service made a bad taste in my mouth.
