Went without reservations and was greeted by this young lady who was the best hostess. At the order we visited as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. To say that the service was impeccable would still be an understatement. It made our anniversary dinner so much better. A

The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was really wonderful! My wife, son and daughter in the law enjoyed their meals. I had the shrimps and grits and was not really impressed by him, it was with hot sauce that really exaggerated the other flavors. I didn't like having the scarves on the tail, that was a first one for me. The bread served was very good! In total, a very nice restaurant will eat again. Would give a five start, except my experience with the shrimps and grits.

A real gem. wonderful everything. in fact, however, the garnel and the grits are amazing. I order this when it is on a restaurant menu, and union hill grill has the best version. unmatched!

A hidden jewel! The ambience was really nice. We ate the rib. Your house sauce was very good. So well we asked for more because the kitchen only puts the sauce on one side. We'd eat there again. Note: We arrived at 5 a.m. when they opened, it was packed at 6 a.m. It's a small place. They advise to make reservations on Fri Sat.

My husband and I went out to the grill for the first time tonight on a whim. If seen it driving past before, but never had a moment to try it out. The food was really good. I had the fried Gulf shrimp with smashed potatoes and cole slaw, my hubbie had shrimp and grits. Both were very well cooked and came out still steaming to the table. The fried shrimp was crispy and not greasy at all, and the shrimp and grits were a little spicy, but not overwhelming. We finished the evening with a creme brulee to split between us, and the crust was perfect and the custard was creamy and smooth. Our server was friendly, conscientious, and on the top of her game, attending to every need almost before we knew we had them. My only complaint would be that the dining room was very loud. Lots of hard surfaces to reflect sounds, and on a Saturday night, it was filled to the brim with people having a great time. So if you need quiet, I would suggest picking an off peak time.
