McDonald's - Cape Charles

20 minutes in the drive thru not yet a burger. keep the car waiting twice. infidel

Please do not waste their time to stop in this restaurant. they use covid as an excuse to close their lobby because they do not want to do their job. this is one of the slowest mcdonalds I've ever been through my life.

I want to sit inside and eat, but it's closed, we can only eat in our cars?

Oh Mcdonalds…. When will this location ever learn???? Lobby and dining area was disgusting, every table dirty…. Soda area, let’s just say if you like sticky black grunge all over the place then this is for you! Ordered thru the kiosk, selected that I was eating here with my (obviously) elderly grandmother, who of which was rather hungry, and I had to attempt to explain the order kiosk…. Took a number, they called the number, my items were in a bag…. No tray, when I asked what the point was for the number tent. I was told rather rudely, “so you can get your bag..”. Tell me how that even makes sense? We were eating here??? Really ENJOYED the attitude, and the multiple stare downs from the other staff, one in particular as she walked to her personal car, parked in the front handicapped spot…. At the end of the day, I have had a few other bad experiences…. You would think I would know better, today we were short on time… food was fine but overall a rather cruddy experience.

This was HANDS DOWN the slowest fast food place I have EVER been to. The food was as expected. But I literally placed my order at the kiosk at 1:58pm, I received my food at 2:33pm! And it was missing happy meal toys and all the sauce I requested.Idk they seemed to be short staff, only 1 woman making burgers. But COMN manager, your job is to MANAGE! Get that poor soul some damn help!
