Contribuisci feedbackStrange experience. We were greeted at the drive through. Then nothing. Maybe two minutes passes and a voice takes our order. Paid and then we were asked to move forward. Cars are lining up behind now. Then in another few minutes the Mocha Carmel Maltwas delivered. I told my spouse it's a new item, probably had to read the instructions how to make it. The person deliveringit confirmed my thoughts. We had a laugh and went on our way. Thank you all for coming to work.
The restaurant itself was not clean, with gnats buzzing around and getting into our food. When our Blizzards arrived, they were soupy, which explains why they don't flip them at this location. The food was served lukewarm, and the fries were only half full. On a positive note, the rest of the staff was friendly. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member at the window was quite rude. When she handed me my ice cream, she only drizzled a single line of fudge on it, despite my having paid for extra. To add to the frustration, she returned it to me without a lid. A little more kindness from her would have made a big difference!
This is the second time we've visited this location, and once again, they didn't flip our blizzards upside-down. We thought they had stopped that practice until we saw the posters offering free small blizzards if they didn't turn them upside-down. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the free ones either time. Aside from that, everything else was good.
Out of the many times i've been here, i've yet to had a pleasant experience. questionable customer service, never full blizzards or fully blended. on top of it all i found a piece of a broken spoon at the bottom of a blizzard.
