Dunkin' - Cape Coral

Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to mess my order up and say they can't fix it, won't return, I'll drive a mile up the road to the next one.

Went there at 3:45PM, there was only me and one other car in front of me. I ordered 2 drinks, a latte and a peach sunshine. Took 12 minutes for 2 drinks. I made the decision not to go to this dunkin anymore, even though it's the closest one to my house, because of their service. I was in a rush this afternoon which is the only reason I went there. They need more people or better training.

Out of the 3 workers there girl with blue hair taking my order had an attitude, the guy working needs more training and the other girl was picking up their slack. Hire people that want to work or lose

Listen, I come here a lot and the food and drinks are fine. The girls are always very nice and professional. But I was just at the drive thru, and the (very sweet) girl replied “that’s alright baby” when I apologized for being slow. 1) I don’t mind this, nor do I think others do, we’re in the south. 2) I think it’s pretty unprofessional of the manager to then scold the employee about it, at the window, or at all. Just saying, I don’t like that. And I don’t like to think y’all aren’t treating your employees well either.

I mostly Play Roulett; But it's not always an exciting game (if played Right) So When I get bored and doing really well; I'll wonder through The maze of slot machines And since I am Short Term And playing With There Money...I might play some Dollar games.
