The worst dunkin in Cape Coral. Stale Doughnuts and sour coffee every time I go there

This used to be my favorite restaurant, but not anymore. Every time I go there, I feel rushed to place my order. The customer service is terrible - I feel like I am bothering them when I pick up my order. They rarely greet me and often don't even say a word, just handing me my drink. I thought maybe it was just a bad day, but after five times it's clear that it's just consistently bad customer service. It's a shame because the restaurant is so close to my house, but I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Fast friendly service. A little short on donut places this afternoon, but coffee was great.

It is rare that I pamper in Donuts, but I stopped this week and for my joy, they had headlights!! I was so excited. Have not found this since they live in Upstate NY and have not disappointed them! Yummy Yummy! The staff was so friendly. So glad I stopped.

Went at 9am and the food seemed stale. Hash browns were rubbery and reheated. Coffee was good though.
