I had to try the ghost pepper donut, and I wasn't disappointed!

Today we ordered a hot chocolate with cream, but we received hot milk with cream instead, and it didn’t have any chocolate in it (order 576). Additionally, the server at the window was only wearing his face mask over his mouth, but not over his nose, which is not appropriate.

They consistently get my drive-thru order wrong or forget to put it in the bag altogether.

15 minutes waiting for 2 wurstei and cheese. I asked about the waiting and received a shrug, very disappointed as I am always here.

I don?t often go to Dunkin? Donuts but I figured I would try it out today. Wow was I disappointed the young lady that waited on me was friendly asked what I would like and I said 6 donuts. Another WOW when she took my money with gloves on and then turned around with the same gloves after handling dirty money and just grabbed the donuts with those gloves. Needless to say I throw away the donuts and I will not be visiting this location again. Just dirty to do something like that retrain retrain retrain these kids.
