Kumo Japanese Steakhouse - Cape Coral

Kumo Japanese Steak House, Santa Barbara Blvd, Cape Coral, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and some chit chat. Wow I must say this has to be one of the best lunches I have had in a while. I had the Shrimp Tempura Bento Box. The salad was cold and crisp. Miso soup was tasty and heated properly. The tempura was onion ring, broccoli, a squash and large shrimp. It was fried with a great delicate breading to a crispy crunch. Lots of flavor. Loved the california roll sushi. The egg rolls was crispy and very tasty. The dipping sauce was mild but added a twist to the fried item. Service was right on the mark. Prices were excellent for this meal.
