Rib City - Cape Coral

I go to Rib City for the hot chicken strips. They are the best chicken tenders anywhere. I love the vinegary hot sauce and their spicy ranch sauce. I hear they also have good ribs.

Whenever I dine in, it's excellent.But tonight, I ordered takeout. The rack and a half, and one of my 1/2 racks was completely and disgustingly BURNT!!! Hidden underneath the two nice racks. Completely unacceptable when spending $25 for one dinner.

Cheerfully greeted upon arrival and seated quickly. Our server was good but could have been more attentive to our drinks. Food was as good as we expected. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience, and we look forward to our next visit.

Baby backs are always tender. Service is off and on the spot. It's too noisy to have a good conversation at your table. To-go orders need to be checked before leaving. They used to check your order before you left.

Every time I visit this restaurant, it has been fantastic. My favorite dish is the boneless wings, which never fail to impress. I haven't had the chance to try the actual ribs yet, but they look delicious. The desserts are also outstanding!
