Unbelievably authentic delicious! Food is fresh, ahmazing, and focused on Oaxacan style in a low key simple atmosphere.

Food is tasty, but they charge too much for their small menudo portions. Unfortunately there are hardly places that serve menudo in this area so the 2 times I ordered menudo were really disappointing. Tlayudas are amazing good portion

Fantastic Mexican food. Legitimate tasting, and adequately sized portions. The salsas were good, and the spicy salsa was actually spicy.

I was born in Ruidoso New Mexico and would pride myself on knowing authentic delicious Mexican food and this is the place to go absolutely delicious we will 100% be back

We visited Panderia Oaxaquena for the first time this evening. As soon as we came in the door we were seated and gave our drink orders. The chips were still warm when they brought them out. We ordered Al Pastor Street Tacos and Steak Fajitas with handmade corn tortillas. Everything was excellent, but the handmade tortillas were particularly heavenly.
