Disappointing meal. Seafood Iinguine should be renamed calamari linguine. My wife and I have always made a point to dine at Sapore whenever we are on vacation in the greater Cape May area. However, our most recent dining experience there was disappointing to say the least! We both ordered the seafood linguine which is suppossed to be a mixutre of clams, mussels, shrimp, and calmari. My meal was inconsistenly cooked some of the clams and mussels were rubbery, indicating that they had been overcooked. My wife 's meal did not have this specific problem. However both our meals were predominantly calamari with maybe 4 small clams and 4 small mussels each and 2 larger shrimp(not extra large or jumbo mind you). Hence small on the portion size for the fine dining price paid and with unequal distribution of shellfish. We 've both had this meal several time in the past and did not encounter this issue. Upon leaving we voiced our experience to the youg man maning the host/hostess both, who seemed somewhat disinterested and kept repeating that nothing has change. Would now have to reconsider returning. Service was very good. Price of non alcoholic beverages a bit on the high side(3.95 for an ice tea, etc). The sauce was very good.

Food was delicious and service was excellent. Only downside was that it's a bit noisy. Dietary restrictions: They were willing to make substitutions to honor dietary restrictions.
