Tiny but mighty: Granetta Panini offers one of the most amazing breakfast spots in the Roaring Fork Valley. Handcrafted to order, delicious breakfasts and sandwiches, made with heart, and totally worth the wait.

Was encouraged to try the Cinnamon Latte and it was amazing! Incredibly friendly environment and service.

I was turned on to this place from a local who said they had the best sandwiches, he was right!I was visiting Carbondale for a week and stopped here several times. The bread is amazing. The bagels are probably the best I've had, the jalapeno cheese and cinnamon raisin were my fav.Sandwich wise I went for the sopris and it was excellent. The bread really makes it and the fruit chutney spread is wonderful.Finally, the granola bar made an excellent dessert. It's moist and flavorful.The two ladies running this place are super sweet and you can tell they really care about the quality of what they produce.

This is a lovely little gem of a place, one of my weekly haunts when I lived in the area. Things sell out quickly, so be sure to call or order online first thing.
