Ming's Cafe - Carbondale

We went here on a recommendation from family and the food was amazing! The wait for a table didn't bother us because Glenwood springs is a cool town. The staff was really friendly. Portions were huge and the flavors were perfect.

I like the decorations in the restaurant. All the staff are very nice. Ordered sushi and pad Thai. The food is very yummy.

I ordered a beef pho ! Was ok but The double the price and cut in haft the portion. Just a little noodle and the meat was not cut thinly, but rather a thick piece hard to eat .

Best Asian cuisine in town. Nice flow. The manager is awesome!
