Black And White Cafe - Cardiff

No frills, decent nosh and ample portions. All day filler on a mega breakfast and tea(don’t ask for speciality teas…… . Total £12. Friendly service too.

Had breakfast food was hot and tasty , there is a large menu to choose from and all reasonably price George the owner is polite and friendly

My first visit to this cafe today and what a pleasant experience. Lovely staff, lovely food and competitive prices. We dined in. My husband had the mega breakfast (which he enjoyed sausages bacon cooked nicely, not anaemic looking) and I had a lovely ham, tomato onion omelette (nice lean ham) with side salad. My compliments to the cook, she cooked it all to perfection. Will definitely use this cafe again.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. There were only two of us in the restaurant (and only two other tables in use, so it was quiet), yet it took the server 15 minutes to come take our order. After that, it took 40 minutes for our dry, microwaved food to finally be served. When we politely inquired about the delay, the man working there became very rude and started yelling at us. To make a long story short, we will never be returning to this restaurant. I would be ashamed if this was my business.

The restaurant offers excellent service with a friendly staff. They serve the best breakfast in Cardiff at a reasonable price. Additionally, they make a great cup of tea.
