Coffee#1 - Cardiff

One of the best places for a great coffee, always very decent, and value for money is definately continuous in terms of coffee. Shame that the desserts are average and over priced. Pastries are just average and tmuch more pricey than greggs or even Tesco. Bought a slice of biscoff cheesecake that was very flavourless, very small in portion and very expensive for the size and quality. For £3.50 and a tiny slice, I calculated that from the size they could make up to £30 per whole cheesescake thats costs £6 to make. Also it tasted frozen and isnt made fresh daily. Very dissapinted I have changed coffee places to a nearby cafe that sells the best pastries and same quality coffee. I cant invest in a company who rips people off no matter how good the coffee is, or how loyal I was. Companies are getting away with it all the time because people are just too nice and let owners bank accounts stay over full when theres people in poverty. Put the prices down or put the quantity of desserts up to retain my service. Im a home baker and should have stayed with coffee only. Not happy I was ripped off thinking it was gonna be the most amazing cheesecake ive ever tasted, that tasted like it was defrosted at some point. Stick to coffee if you are going to go here.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The coffee was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very patient with me when I couldn't decide what to order. I would definitely recommend this place.

I always enjoy going to Coffee One and have tried lots of branches. This one had a nice ambience inside and was quite spacious, it was on a busy road so not as good for sitting in the window people watching as some others. We had tea cakes and would highly recommend them,

Knowing the specifics of the tea and coffee being served gives assurance of good quality and a worthwhile experience. The service and personal touch added to starting the day off on a positive note. Thank you.

Visited a couple of times recently whilst in Cardiff Christmas Shopping. Place was great, service fantastic. Tea, coffee and food were lovely although would say that the food was slightly on the pricey side.
