Frankie Benny's - Cardiff

This was my first visit to Frankie Benny's and I was impressed by their extensive options on a separate vegan menu. They also offer a variety of vegan sauces including vegan mayo, aioli, burger sauce, grill sauce, tomato sauce, and chili sauce which I loved. I tried the 15 Digestive pizza and the rigatoni ragu. I found the flavors to be a bit lacking and feel that some improvements are needed. Personally, I prefer a pizza with more herbs like thyme and a crumbly texture. The ragu lacked a creamy taste like a bechamel sauce. The prices are a bit high, but I would consider returning to try other items on the menu. The desserts and burgers look delicious and worth a try.
