Contribuisci feedbackJust paid 26 pound for two meals and they were stone cold . The counter assistant wiped his nose twice and proceeded to pack a bag of food for delivery. When presented with our food we found a table that was coverd in the previous customers left overs . Twice another assistant walked past ignoring the mess . To then watch a gentleman that was served after us take his cold burger back and complain . When your travelling and in need to stop and have food you exspect edible food . Also there was an out of stock on water and tea . An absolute terrible experience that I shall not put myself through let alone the amount of money they charged my partner for it . Terrible service ! Burger King at cardiff gate take my advice and brush up on your catering knowledge.. food should be hot .. 75 degrees .. and wear gloves to serve especially if you have a cold .. wash your hands it’s common knowledge
The restaurant did not allow me to customize my wrap or redeem any app offers, which was disappointing. The management seemed lazy and the overall experience was awful. They also did not allow me to claim any discounts.
Left short on our order again (over 18 months, this is the third time). Rang the store after to let them know or arrange a refund but the telephone number is not in service. I went back the next day was offered the missing items but wanted a refund as items not needed then. Told to contact Head Office to get my refund, which is absurd as they were willing to give me the items then but not the same value in a refund? Will be contacting their Head Office as instructed. Not happy as even if I did return on the same day for the missing items it would take me 40 min travel time there and back home!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Attendant also did not seemed too surprised that their store number was not in service which makes me think, why do they have it on their website and till receipt?
I recently tried the mighty bucket for one at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was very dry and tasted like cardboard. Despite the poor quality, I was still charged full price. I have found the food quality at this outlet to be very unpredictable. Ultimately, I ended up throwing the food away.
Extremely slow service and unfriendly, disorganized staff. We had to cancel our order after waiting for 15 minutes. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to having KFC.
