Pret A Manger Capitol Centre - Cardiff

Would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at this Pret a Manger. On tuesday after travelling down by aeroplane i met my son's for coffee and somehow left my handbag there. Did not realise for 4 hours as i thought it was in my rucksack. Luckily it was found and handed in. You cannot believe the emotions i felt. The staff were brilliant and when we went back the next day we were welcomed. Coffee and food was excellent too

Popped into pret at the end of November with my sister. Thought it would be passed the lunch rush and it didn't seem too busy. We picked up what we wanted to eat and went to the counter. I felt like I wasn'the worth their time. Wasn't asked if I wanted anything to drink was just told the cost of my food so I had to specifically as if I could have a drink and was made to feel like it was an imposition. Same with my sister so she didn't bother to get a drink. I had the mushroom soup which was disgusting and my sister had the tuna melt with the tiniest bit of cheese. We will not be back.

Was in a rush and dropped my granola yogurt all over the floor and instead of being even slightly annoyed they were so lovely. Also when I went to pay for it the man serving gave me a fresh one ‘on the house’, although I troubled them. Very lovely :

Stunning healthy food on offer here. Little on expensive side. But really enjoyable food. Tuna baguette was delicious. Costing around £3. But little more then to eat in. Bang bang chicken wrap £4.20 eating in. Both were really tasty. Friendly service. Would definitely visit again

I often grab breakfast here on the way to work, and the staff are nothing but kind and lovely every time I go in. Today when I went to grab a roll, a woman approached the till after me blankly holding a mug and stated ‘this isn’t a Late, it tastes like coffee’. The kind barrister replied ‘Late is a coffee’. I hope if anyone reads this review just remember it’s not the staffs fault you know absolutely noting about coffee, so if you do have a stupid question that no doubt they have to deal with ALL DAY, just be polite, don’t be a Karen: big up pret staff, keep doing what you’re doing
