I heard some great things about this place. I found the man's service quite rude and a bit dirty, the place was ashamed and the burgers were average. the burgers were in order, but the service and the atmosphere will leave this place really down. probably they'll go to grill for the next time. also no chips served with burger?

I am not a commercial burger lover and will never eat at the golden arches or hj’s. If I want a burger, I'll make one. but oh my hugos serve the most amazing burger I have ever eaten and when I lived in queensland. and the prizes were good. a so small caffe with such a small kitchen, but what they produce is brilliant! try it when they are on the goldie and down nobbys beach area and they will also be a conversion.

Came very recommended and was not disappointed at all. the Cajun chicken burgers were delicious as we are the hugo chips, I would definitely go back in a minute. the guy who took our order was also great, all in all when I lived here. I would go back a week.

This quirky small caffe has good quality eating at affordable prices. the staff is very helpful and the thickshakes are supposed to die. if they only try a thing try the thickshakes. the atmosphere is great, but it is always in trendy nobby beach. That's just the thing that they don't have much space. they take away too.
