Middlesex Diner - Carlisle

A quintessential American diner with delicious food and welcoming service. The cheese omelette was fantastic!

We stopped by around 6:45 AM on a Saturday while traveling through town. We were seated right away, and our waitress was incredibly friendly. She took our order promptly and was very engaging with our kids. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely return! Additionally, the desserts in the display case by the entrance looked fantastic—I hope to try them someday!

I've been visiting this diner for several years now, and without a doubt, it's the best one between St. Louis and New Jersey. The food is consistently excellent, and the service matches the quality!

I'm just really thankful that the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus led me there to have a great breakfast
