Wendy's - Carlisle

I received fast service even though they were quite busy during my visits. I've tried this location a couple of times but never had the chance to leave a review until now. The staff members were not only quick but also very friendly. You can order online and pick it up at the on-site tables, making everything very convenient. As for the food, it was consistently delicious, as always at Wendy's. I will definitely stop by again whenever I travel to Carlisle.

Tonight's experience at this restaurant was the best service I've ever had here. The new lady, with her big bright smile, vibrant voice, and uplifting personality, is truly wonderful!

The service was quick, and the food was generally satisfactory. However, the french fries didn't live up to the standards advertised in their commercials. While the nuggets and sandwiches were delicious, the fries were barely warm and had a tough texture, giving them a stale appearance. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after I got home and served the food, and by then it was too late to address it with Wendy's or make a return trip. I guess next time I'll have to try the fries before leaving the parking lot.

The restaurant was clean and the food was tasty, but they definitely need to increase their staff. There were too many orders, which resulted in a long wait for my meal. I had ordered three large fries, a 50-piece regular chicken nugget meal, and a fish filet sandwich.
