Bistro West - Carlsbad

This restaurant is actually closed and out of business. Not sure why open table would still be taking reservations. You might want to fix that.

The restaurant is closed for health and/or safety violations. This was posted on their website although both the restaurant website and open table allowed one to make reservations. I am exceedingly disappointed that OpenTable allowed reservations to be scheduled. The information on the restaurants website is a bit conflicting so we went ahead and showed up and sure enough the restaurant was closed. Need to tighten this up!

We arrived to find the place closed. Super disappointing. Not sure if OpenTable or the restaurant has the obligation to deal with this but I hope one steps up. Difficult to find a new place on a Friday night and OpenTable automatically marked us as dining so I was unable to use the app to make a new reservation. Not a great start to our trip and not a great endorsement for OpenTable.

The place was closed, even though I received confirmations from Open Table the day prior and now Open Table is asking about my experience.

We were looking forward to a special dining event to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary and to our surprise dismay, Bistro 7 was closed for some unknown safety issues. Since we have prepaid $350 for our dinner event through Open Table, please let me know how we shall receive our refund from Open Table. Truly disappointed, Roy Julia Lopez
