Robert made my birthday dinner an experience and definitely keeps me back to Bob’s. I wish I had lived nearby so I could be regular, but for the time I will simply accept the experience. The service was phenomenal and the food was exquisite. Robert was very detailed in his answers, very descriptive with his recommendations and insisted on helping and not annoying. Robert, my 38. Worth a birthday party, and thank Bob’s Staff for treating us so well.
We visited the weekend and had a nice birthday dinner at Bobs. Our server Sam delivered great service and he was also very funny. He was knowledgeable and helpful, made suggestions and anticipated our needs. We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday. The oysters were delicious and the mixed green salad. The champagne vinaigrette was very tasteful. The fish speciality was Ono, which was very good. The fillet and ribeye were both juicy and well cooked. Beef comes with a signature huge carrot side. It wasn't our favorite. The highlight was the birthday brown ice cream sunshade they brought for my sister. To die and delicious! Overall we had a wonderful special dinner and we loved Sam and the service.
Our Seger was very nice. Answer all the questions and could give great explanations about the food. He went beyond and beyond to make sure we had a great night.
Bob is never disappointed! We celebrated a friend's birthday and Greg helped make the evening special. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular (thanks to Sam!). Bob’s is definitely one of my favorite places to celebrate special events because the team takes so much care for their customers and really personalizes the experience. Very recommended!
Bob 's is a traditional steakhouse, and hews to that well-established path. we enjoyed the shrimp platter as an appetizer, featuring 6 extra-large prawns (two fried, 4 chilled) with coctail sauce and remoulade. we followed that with the Ceasar; enough for two to share. it 's dressing was along the traditional garlic/cirtus lines, but could have had a little more tang to it. For entrees we had the Crab Cakes, and a prime New York steak. both entrees came with a choice of potato style, as well as the large, thick marinated and cooked carrot that is a signature item at Bob 's. my steak was cook medium rare, and the Crab Cakes had plenty of meat to them; both were delicious! Dessert was the Ammoretto Cheescake; rich and subtly flavored. The staff were professional, polite, and personable; they all made a good meal a great dinner!
