Chicken Basket Boba - Carlsbad

This place has big fritted chicken wings! my favorite is the soy garlic and the second is spicy and sweet. They have boba and other fun Korean bites. beautiful that this place was opened in the opposite.

A bit overpriced on the food and beverages, considering the small portions. I’m blaming the upscale area.But with that out of the way… I must say I am in love with their tiger milk tea, they make theirs very sweet (which I prefer! other places don’t add enough brown sugar imo). I come here just order the drink alone! Their stir-fry noodles are also pretty dang great. The inside is very tiny but I like the Polaroids and decor on the walls.I just wish it came in bigger portions for the price but oh well!

Good fried chicken. Not greasy. Sauces could be better, but overall pretty darn good.

I have ordered through Postmates/UberEats several times now and I have to say I am happy that I have as I can now say I have two favorite places to get fried chicken (other restaurant is Southern food, so its different).The chicken is excellently prepared. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauces are absolutely delicious (I've tried all the spicy sauces). The gyoza is tasty as well. The chicken soup will definitely be my go-to whenever I feel under the weather.One thing that is unusual, in a good way, is their packaging. The box the chicken comes it in quality but what surprised me most is the bag. Most restaurants use plastic or paper bags but theirs is made of some kind of fabric. I'm legitimately going to use it as a grocery bag going forward.I don't review things frequently but when someone absolutely nails something I feel like its good to tell others about their success. Great job to the team at the restaurant, thanks for the good food.

Amazing food. Best fried chicken we've ever had. Chicken Yaki tori is sooooo good too. Everything made fresh to order. We really love this place. Thanks Jimmy!
