Gonzo! Ramen - Carlsbad

Absolutely amazing experience here with my family to eat. broth is very tasty and delicious! the boiled egg is cooked correctly and absolutely delish! the black bell is very good, all the beats are fresh. we also tried the fried chicken. overall a 5-star experience would highly recommend

Soouo that was our first time we had ramen. I know, I know. it's hard to believe. man and I wanted to know what this was about. this place is located in the second floor of the shopping center. it had a nice little escaping in free. we ordered 2 different types of noodles to compare. my was the basic principle while my man had the one with garlic. my man enjoyed it all the way. for me, it was okay because I'm not a fan of pig bell. the fried chicken food was really good! I enjoyed it more than the rams. since I can't compare it with others.

This place is a real Carlsbad-Gemach! we were offered drinks while we waited in the order. super real and friendly staff. family friendly ambiente and decor make them feel, they are in small japan. the ritters were very tasty and fair. they have a child option that was great. overall great experience, we will definitely visit this point

I'm from LA and love Ramen. I always try to find a good Ramen joint. Man O man! This was some of the best Ramen I've had! Broth had an excellent flavor. Even the pork belly was seasoned to the tee. The soft boiled egg was perfectly cooked. All the veggies were a perfect compliment. My son got the chicken bowl and the fried chicken in it surpassed any fried chicken joint. The owner even came by and asked how the food was. I had to tell him the truth and say it was excellent with two thumbs up!!! Great job GONZO!!

Food was great, tasty and flavorable broth. Good portion of Chai-Siu and fried Chicken with Ramen Noodles.
