Las Olas Mexican Restaurants - Carlsbad

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the shrimp taco with roasted beans—wow, it was delicious! The chip salsa is also incredible. The ambiance of the restaurant is charming; I loved the hand-painted surfboards and the heaters integrated into the lighting. The staff was very attentive as well. I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic Mexican cuisine! The happy hours were brief but very enjoyable. Ricardo was a true jack-of-all-trades! We started with nachos and two house margaritas, followed by a chile relleno carnitas burrito and enchiladas with grilled vegetables. They have great vegetarian options! The interior and outdoor terrace are stunning. I also appreciate that they use compostable and environmentally friendly containers!

Incredible Margarita flight! great location, friendly staff and excellent appetizers. we sat in one standing right next to the large open windows opposite the road. wonderful brisk, cool atmosphere and very accessible. highly recommended!

Forget to get pix, but this place was delicious as the hell. I fought with my chef at lunchtime. had a spicy margarita. I suggest that too. hekkin good. the cheerful were spectacular and generous. def will be back

I really enjoyed the guacamole, a Baja fish taco, and a grilled chicken taco prepared in the Azteca style, along with a house margarita. I would definitely dine there again.
