Skyline Cafe - Carlsbad

Located outside the park in the LEGOLAND hotel, this restaurant offers limited options for vegans. However, the service was exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our items were vegan. I ordered the burger without the bun, served on white bread or a lettuce wrap. The Fuji apple salad was completely vegan. Most of the side dishes could also be made vegan because the veggies are fried in a separate fryer. The salad was good, but the burger was just average. It's fine for a quick meal, but not worth going out of your way for.

This is outside the park in the hotel legoland. limited Vegan options, service was exceptional went beyond and beyond to make sure our products were vegan. the burger, who had no bungalow on white brot or salat pack. the Fuji apple salad was quite vegan. most sides could be made vegan because the veggies are roasted in a separate frit. salat was good, burger will do in a prise, but don't get rid of it.

The restaurant does not offer any healthy options, only fries, burgers, and other dishes that I would suggest for kids. We ordered macaroni and cheese and found hair in it.

We asked about vegan options the chef came out to the table told us what we could order off the menu what he could put together for us. We so appreciated that! And, best pita bread I've ever had.

They are supposed to stop taking orders at 9:30...they said....but it was 9:15,and still we couldn't order....we went to the other hotel,and the bar lady was so nice and we place the order with her...at 9:35..…she save the night.im a tyipe 2 diabetic....and we have to eat!!!!....(by the way,the flat bread by pizza was delicious.... thank you guys!!!!!
