Vue - Carlsbad

I don't recall ever noticing this restaurant before, so it was a pleasant surprise. We almost decided to stay in that night, but I'm really glad we didn't! Everything we ordered was fantastic, and the presentation was impeccable. The short ribs were absolutely delightful. I'd love to return there if I'm ever in the area again!

I visited this restaurant for Sunday breakfast, and everything was outstanding. The service was some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. The food was excellent as well; the blueberry pancakes were delicious, the bacon was cooked to perfection, and the cappuccino was just right. The French toast also received rave reviews from my companions. While the prices are a bit higher, we all agreed that the quality justifies the extra few dollars. I recommend requesting a table on the terrace, as the views are incredible and the heaters work really well. I will definitely be returning!

Although it is a bit expensive, the food is good. We had the Paella, Ahi Tacos and street maize!

For the most part, everything was very good. Had one waiter pushing the fried Calamari. We tried it, it was awful. They at least compted it and our drinks. But then we went back a few nights later and the same waiter was extolling the Calamari again, to us! You think he might have remembered the debacle with us just a few nights before. They did make some excellent scrambled eggs, great smoothies and great cheeseburgers.

We have eaten here several times. We came here for lunch on a weekday. There was no wait, and we were able to sit outside. The weather was perfect. Sunny with a little breeze. Service was attentive at best. Their cocktails are great since they come from the bar. I ordered the Impossible Burger with fries for lunch. I have had Impossible Burgers at other places. I have to say they have one of the best tasting Impossible Burgers.
