Cantina Azteca - Carmichael

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is outstanding and they have a complete vegan menu, though most dishes can be modified to be vegetarian or vegan. My go-to dish is the Cheese Enchiladas. As a vegetarian, this place is a favorite of mine.

I was very impressed by their vegan menu, as well as the excellent food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Was not willing to bring out the vegan menu because that was on their “dinner” menu. Mind you we ate here 2 Saturday’s ago at the exact same time and they had no problem with it. Normally they have great vegan food.

I tried the vegan enchiladas with added vegan cheese, along with vegan rice and beans. My husband and brother-in-law opted for non-vegan dishes, which they said were good but not spicy enough. I inquired about a separate vegan menu and was informed that there are only two vegan items currently available. The waiter mentioned that they are in the process of expanding their vegan options.
