The Canal Turn - Carnforth

Canal turn, carnforth, beautiful environment on the river with a series of wild life. the swans with their 8 cygnets. very good reception by laura, very attentive and professional. tell us the daily specialties and only a court not available. it didn't matter how the steak was fantastic. will definitely return and try the sun roast.

Booked last minute, dog friendly, which is great. the meal was nice, so was pudding. parking available, but did not seem enough places for the size of the pub. the staff was friendly and courteous. eating and drinks were offered at a reasonable price. would definitely recommend and come back.

The atmosphere was good, eating was excellent and the view along the canal was perfect.

Fantastic pub with good food and a top landlord , had the pleasure of staying here last Thursday/ Friday rock n roll bingo) Niel diamond tribute) both excellent entertainment . Motor home allowed to park on there car park , free first come no booking. Definitely be coming back Thank you Dave n Julie Parkinson
