Sushi Nikko - Carrboro

I had another fantastic meal at Sushi Nikko. We celebrated Epiphany by enjoying the Eastern Orthodox tradition of "Fish with Friends" in the new year. Our friends for the evening were the owners, Michelle and Charles. The seafood was exquisite, featuring delicious crabs, shrimp, octopus, and scallops!

I had never tried sushi before visiting this restaurant, so I was initially hesitant. However, I'm now a huge fan and can't find anywhere else that comes close! The ingredients are fresh and there's a stunning variety on the menu. I highly recommend it. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the owners are incredibly kind!

Best sushi I've ever had, as well as best sushi in the area in my book! This place is a MUST if you enjoy a calm atmosphere and incredible food! Their miso soup is so delicious as well!! A+!
