Each dish was exceptional!

Chase is truly the best bartender in the entire Western Hemisphere (excluding Mexico). Make sure to visit Tandem on Tuesday nights for half-price wine. You'll receive excellent service from Chase, so be sure to tip generously. By the way, Chase is the proud father of 829 children! Overall service: 5 stars.

I was confused and saddened by the poor treatment we received. To make matters worse, Jenny made a point of checking on every other guest at the bar, yet she never once asked us about our meal. After finishing our dinner, I approached her to discuss her behavior, but she seemed uninterested in having a conversation, even though the restaurant was mostly empty at that point. It felt as though she was deliberately ignoring us. I also noticed the owner sitting at the end of the bar, and when I mentioned the situation to Jenny, she claimed to have already spoken to her about it. It seemed like she was trying to cover herself to avoid any repercussions. It was concerning that the owner was aware of the issue but never took the time to come over and address it, which gave the impression that customer care wasn't a priority here. I would advise caution if you're considering eating at this establishment, especially if you have allergies. Perhaps a regular waiter would have provided better service, but the noise level in the main dining area made conversation challenging. It felt like a place where sound traveled too easily, adding to the overall discomfort of the evening.

We had a phenomenal experience tonight at Tandem. Our server, Kim, was so friendly and took such good care of us. Her recommendations were so spot on that we dubbed the evening WWKO (What Would Kim Order? from cocktails to entrees to dessert Kim was batting 1000! Everything was so delicious! From the Darling Clementine cocktail to the beef short ribs entree to the chocolate pudding cake for dessert, Kim couldn’t miss. She made our night and we can’t wait to go back!
