Contribuisci feedbackThis is my second review in one day, I rescend the first review, after getting home with my food I realized they didn't give me 2 of my items that I ordered, so therefore I had to go back to Carrollton KFC to get my missing items, so being that it is a 25 minute trip one way, by the time I got back home the second time, needless to say, my food was cold and not warm like it should've been. If I would've got the food I ordered the first time I was there, I would've got to have a warm meal. Let's not forget that I called twice before going back down there and nobody answered the phone. I think it's ridiculous that they can't get the orders right down there, when it was nowhere near busy when I went the first time and they fail to look up at there order board to make sure they got everything the customer ordered, now the young lady I mentioned in my first review, she done what was needed to make my order right,
I realize that there is a shortage of food workers. No one at the counters and people waiting in the lobby. I asked how long they have been waiting. 20 minutes. Nope. Not gonna spend precious drive time. Went Nextdoor and sat down in the Mexican restaurant and we’re back on the road in 40.
Ordered the new Chizza and fries and received chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. The chicken was so hard and rubbery that I wouldn’t have even feed to my dogs. This is the worst service I have ever received. Also this dog food cost me about $25 dollars. I can’t with businesses and employees with these prices.
Ordered online. Sent sons to pick up order. They brought it back to Sparta where I live. They didn’t include the 8 tenders ordered. After calling them, they wouldn’t refund any money. They wanted to put my name on a list or something. Beware this location!
This place is a joke to work for, I worked there for about 9 months after five of those months I was supposed to get a raise, never happened. When I ask about it all I ever heard was it takes time. Never received the raise so I quit, now I can 't seem to get my W2 from them and the only response I can get is, they should have went to the address on file! Go figure... not to mention the fact that you are expected to change dates on expired food items and serve it! All around the place is a joke, I feel bad for the few good people that still work there
