If you have been to one you have been to them all however this one does have great staff who are always friendly.
This restaurant care more about saving themselves a few pennies per order than getting return customers. I placed an order via Uber Eats and paid for extra cheese (they should layer 4 slices on the top and the bottom). Instead they broke up ONE triangle of American cheese and sprinkled it in. The sandwich was so thin due to lack of veggies and I was wondering why the lettuce tasted so bad, they'd chopped the core of the lettuce that you'd throw away and put it in. Honestly a disgusting way to conduct your business.
Normally I have no problems ordering from them but I had their delivery driver call me with the worst connection and proceeded to get on his bike and begin driving with me still on the phone call. I kept saying “I honestly can’t hear you properly” for then to get a notification that they tried to deliver my order 5 minutes after he phoned me. No attempt was made as I have been stood at the window the entire time. I saw no deliveroo drivers or motorocylists. We are also on a main road Then I check on Deliveroo and it says it’s been “delivered” I have called the shop over and over again with no response yet they are still open until 22:00
We all know what Subway is about it's not the cheapest, but it's certainly not the most expensive. For me it's brilliant to have somewhere that you can choose exactly what you want to have in your food but this is all about the company. The staff at this shop are fantastic! Really helpful, really friendly, always happy to stop and have a chat and it doesn't feel forced. Not a bad word to say about this branch brilliant!
