Came in during my lunch break on a completely empty Wednesday afternoon. I waited almost 40 minutes for my order, which was a milk tea and fried tofu. After that while wait, the employee still forgot the boba in my drink. Instead of pouring a new cup, she cut off the plastic wrap on top of the drink and poured the boba inside. UM??? I had to ask her for a new lid TWICE because she kept trying to insist I take an open lid drink. I've never had a boba shop hand me a drink without a lid. On top of that, the drink tasted AWFUL. A thoroughly unpleasant experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

8/19/2021 5:30pm.. I am disappointed at their customer service today. I ordered squid balls and pop corn chicken easy spice. The same thing I got the yesterday and it was perfect. When I got it, it was super spicy. My son and I couldn't even tolerate to eat it. I called and spoke with Cynthia (if that's her name, I don't even want to mention anything more since it might be considered bullying) and she said I had to pay half of the price since it was her fault for pressing the mild spice button on the cashier and my fault for not giving her specific instructions when I specifically told her I wanted it easy spice. I told her that I shouldn't pay since it's not my fault and I specifically told her I was just there yesterday and it wasn't as spicy and the one I got today. But she insisted that it was both our faults that I had to pay another $2.50 to get a new one. Now I remember why I stopped coming here.
When I placed my order, I also requested a drink. Although it seems the staff prepared the drink immediately after my order, I wasn't informed about it and ended up waiting around 40 minutes for my food. I eventually went up to the counter to ask if I could get my drink while I waited, and the staff simply handed it to me—meaning it had been sitting there for quite a while. I was baffled by the lack of communication; if the drink had been ready, it would have been courteous of them to offer it to me right away. The drink itself was overly watered down, but thankfully still tasted fine. It felt quite frustrating to see other customers receiving their drinks while my daughter and I were left waiting. I had expected that our drinks would be served after our food, as is typically done in most restaurants. Overall, the experience fell short of good customer service, and while the food was acceptable, it didn't make up for the disorganization we encountered.
