Domino's Pizza - Cary

Many of the issues mentioned in earlier reviews seem to have been addressed. Does that resonate with you? We haven't experienced any problems with our orders in the past few months! Fantastic job!

Terrible service! I used the app, which indicated my pizza was ready, and when I arrived, the display confirmed it was time to pay. Yet, I was told it would be ready in two minutes. After waiting five minutes, I inquired about my pizza and was told it would be ready soon, but then the staff just disappeared. Another five minutes later, I asked again, and they assured me it would be out in a few minutes. Eventually, I had to ask for a refund. No explanation was provided, and their attitude was completely indifferent. I understand that this is a fast pizza chain, but the management is severely lacking, and the service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to Domino’s; there are much better options out there.

I made a delivery order tonight and it was very fast! It was less than 25 minutes after the order. The order was accurate and delicious!

Order almost 3 hours before the time for 2 pizzas and they arrived 45 minutes late and hardly warm. This location is literally 4 minutes away from us. Order the first and last of this place.

I've always had a fantastic experience here, and the app for ordering is incredibly convenient. My local Domino's is my go-to spot for late-night cravings. A special thanks to the delivery driver, Alfredo!
