No.1 Pho Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine

The food is quite tasty, but the portion sizes don't justify the prices. Every time I visit, it takes over 40 minutes for my meal to arrive, and my most recent experience was over an hour, despite the restaurant being only half full. It really shouldn't take this long. Food rating: 4/5.

The pho here is quite good, featuring thicker noodles than usual. There's a generous amount of meat, and the herbs are incredibly fresh; they even provide Shiso leaves as a garnish. While the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, resulting in a wait time of about 30-40 minutes for the food, the southern-style breaded chicken wings were a nice addition. Overall, it's a great spot if you're craving pho and aren’t in a hurry! They also offer delicious, crepe-like dishes with ample portions.

I always have a wonderful experience when I visit! The friendly staff is always there to welcome you as soon as you walk in. In all my visits, I've never encountered any problems. The Pho is delicious, and you can really tell that a lot of care went into preparing it. Food rating: 5/5.

Although they did mention the wait time for food would be longer than the usual, service was mediocre at best. Our table wasn’t greeted until 10 min after seating and then it took over 15 min to get my thai tea. Servers came to check on us maybe once the whole time and were not attentive. We ordered egg rolls as an appetizer and after over 30 min of waiting, they finally came up to us and said they had to roll new egg rolls and that was why it was taking so long. When we left, my brother said he saw one of the servers “shoo” us away which is incredibly rude -we will never be returning. As a server/bartender myself, I understand how frustrating busy days can be but I would never ever do that to a customer as they are walking away. I still tipped 20% because I am a server and believe in paying it forward and the other server who wasn’t rude still deserved a decent tip. Food itself was okay, not worth the prices in my opinion but the service needs a lot of improvement.
