Mcdonald's - Casselberry

I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal and a large Dr. Pepper at this restaurant. The total came to $3.72, and I paid with a $20 bill, receiving 72 cents in change. However, the cashier gave me back $16.38 instead of the correct change. When I pointed out the mistake, she seemed confused but eventually realized her error. It's disappointing that employees at this establishment struggle with basic math skills and cannot even handle transactions correctly. It's concerning that they are paid $13 per hour. They should definitely work on improving their ability to count and perform simple arithmetic tasks.

I used to visit this restaurant often, but I always had issues. I have even put up with incorrect orders multiple times. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance tonight and ordered through the McDonald's app so my friend could pick up the food on the way home. They had accepted this before, but this time they refused to give him the food unless I was there. This is completely absurd and I will not be returning to this place. I mean, seriously?!

The Canadian manager complained that she lacked compassion and treated her employees like slaves, making them feel humiliated. This negative behavior reflects poorly on the franchise and creates a hostile work environment. Observing how she mistreats her staff, including yelling and reprimanding them, it is evident that she has a harsh demeanor. Customers even feel her negative energy when she answers the phone.

Thank you for not having long squeeze as I starve. my food was fresh and hot. bees melted surprisingly something. prost and gnade.
