Wingstop - Casselberry

Despite reading numerous negative reviews, particularly about poor delivery service and rude staff, my wife and I still decided to give Wings a try. Upon entering, we waited for someone to acknowledge us, but it seemed they were preoccupied with online orders. Despite wanting to order wings and beer, we didn't see beer on the menu and no one came to take our order. This will be our first and last time visiting this establishment. I will be sure to warn others to avoid this place. We ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Either the app timer is completely unreliable or the restaurant is disorganized. Customers have reported the app saying their order is ready, only to arrive and wait for 30 minutes multiple times. When they inquire about their order, the staff simply take their name and ignore them if it's not ready, leaving customers confused and frustrated.

The kitchen staff at this restaurant needs to be replaced immediately, as their cooking skills are lacking. The fries were all burnt and resembled carrot chips, and they tasted old and overcooked.

The hired are lousy and suggest if they have commanded many that they go somewhere else. very unprofessional, high school environment. they would not have a cup of water for a 45 minutes waiting for food without loading a drink full price

Food is great, but the customer service is disappointing. I was given the wrong order and they called me while I was driving home. They asked me to return and get my correct order. I had not noticed the order was wrong so I was digging in the bag and eating fries while driving. Luckily, I was only 5 minutes away. I handed the bag to the young woman and she handed me my order. She did not say a word, not even an I'm sorry for the mix up I hope they made Jeff a new fresh order and didn't just hand him half eaten fries. Every other restaurant will tell the customer to keep the wrong order as they cannot handed to the right customer and will just go in the trash.
