A&W Restaurants - Castlegar

We thought here was a break and some food during a recent road trip. We bought our food and I asked if we were allowed to sit in the lobby, as the shield was somewhat contradictory and we were sure. So I asked, and the lady manager called up loudly her voice and started yelling at me. Apart from that most employees, including they do NOT wear their masks right. They don't cover their noses. Then I worried her the mask and she said she didn't care. Nasty attitude and no respect for the safety of customers and their workers.

I and a friend used the drive-thru here and I ordered a double mozza combo and said no tomatoes. I got my order and it had tomatoes. Admittedly, it's the Coronavirus outbreak and I'll let it slip. I'll be back down.

Tonight went through the drive through at 8:45pm The person serving me, 1, wore no gloves no mask 2, touched my fries with his disgusting hand( first under finger bitten nails) 3 touched my hand while handing food over I drove down the street and...threw in the trash Never going back Thank you for making customers feel comfortable Not!

I was walking into the restaurant to buy a mozza burger and then bam, some women are sitting in there without burqas, i order my burger and then it lays in the shoots for over a minute and the burger maker in the back starts...ringing an extremely annoying bell.

Been to literally hundreds of different A&W's over the years but the Castlegar location is by far the best one we have ever eaten at.We recently moved here and have eaten here 3 or 4 times now both for breakfast and burgers and we are...pleasantly suprised how good it is each time.Says a lot about the staff and management they actually care.
