Breen's Lobster - Castletownbere

We were taken for tourists... what we were, and there were only locals on December 1st... but I was served with the cod wanting to make me believe it was the haddock that I ordered... it was really bof.

Well well what a great surprise to find such a lovely and comforting restaurant such as Breens. Really felt like visiting your old grandmother's or Aunty's house in days of old, food was spectacular, decor is vintage, just like it was back then, probably the nicest mushroom sauce and chicken dinner I've ever had out which is a very hard task to find these days. The icing on the cake was using old King's cutlery, just that extra touch of finesse. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic meal, fish pie was seriously delicious, really enjoyed our meal, can't wait to go back again.

Had a nice stew. Staff very friendly. Prices reasonable

Food was amazing, especially the seafood soup! Couldn't recommend this place any higher!
