Friendly's - Catonsville

They fixed the smell, so that's good. I was pleasantly surprised by the feel of the place. Whoever pulled off the rescue should be commended! However they missed one thing; FIRE THE STAFF. It was a horrible experience and I'll only be getting carryout there, if possible. .

Good Ice Cream Sundaes. I had not been there in a long time and decided to try it again. Service was fast, the restaurant seemed more clean than before the fire. Ice cream was great. It seems improved.

Our server delivered our food by dropping and shoving the plates across the table! No utensils were offered, and at times we had to look for the server who stayed back in the kitchen. At the time of our visit it was about four 4) families there with 3 servers. The wait time wasn't to bad, the food was warm. The food was not worth the $50.00 fish sandwich/fries/drink, hamburger/fries/drink, Turkey bacon sandwich,fries/child's Butterfinger ice cream and what suppose to be abanana split was melted by the time I had a spoon to it and was not made as ordered !!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!! THIS USED TO BE A FAMILY FAVORITE EAT OUT. SERVICE HAS REALLY GONE DOWN THE TOILET!!!!!
