Shirley's Family Diner - Catonsville

A wonderful place to eat and enjoy a lunch with your loved ones. Delicious food served by friendly people in a lovely environment. Highly recommended.

Basic food prepped with expertise: hash browns that are crispy outside and creamy inside and seasoned just right; bacon that is !crunchy!; servers that are friendly and care about your enjoyment. It looks like a 1960s roadtrip outside, feels like it inside with a dated interior but once you experience the taste and charm, it all adds up to a great local cafe. I make it a point to stop whenever I’m in the area.

This place needs a remodel. There is too much old stuff, for a busy kitchen. The looks of this placeMakes the food disgusting

Walked in at 11:30am, was handed a menu and told to sit anywhere I wanted. 20 minutes later I left without ever being helped. All staff sitting in back on phones doing nothing.
