Highlights - Cebu City

Highlights staff especially Cermela Sesnorio, Tris Anne Martinez and Roel are totally helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, drinks local area. They made our meal and short stay at the restaurant very pleasant. Oh. The magarita pizza is totally awesome.

Insanely good place to enjoy the sunset over drinks and a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains, and the city. Cocktails are only around P130. Best time to come is at 5:30pm sharp when the bar opens which allows you to select the best seat and enjoy the sunset. I have yet to find a rooftop bar as cheap and good as this one in Southeast Asia.

Ambiance is good. Atmosphere is good. Outdoor seating with no fans meeeh. Overlooking the city, food is pretty good and complimentary drinks if you're checked in the hotel. Everything else 11/10

I had a good time here in this hotel esp this rooftop bar. Thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. Loved the food and the awesome drinks. Loved the ambiance and good music from their live bands. Awesome job Harolds and Highlights! I will definitely come back here again.
